Shipping Policy

International free shipping is available to; Australia, Europe, Canada, the USA, United Kingdom, Japan, South America.

Duties, taxes, and carrier surcharges are included in your total. The carrier will NOT collect Duties, taxes, or carrier surcharges on or before delivery. Includes all applicable taxes, duties, and carrier surcharges.

Shipping Time:

For each shipping, the handling time will be within 0 – 2 days.

We ship from Israel, the standard shipping time: 3 – 7 days.

Once the product is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email.

Return Policy

Products purchased from MAROM-X authorized Marketplace sellers are subjected to the authorized Marketplace sellers’ return policy. Therefore, customers may contact the sellers for return requests.

Products purchased through the Website are eligible for returns within 21 days of receiving the MAROM-X Camera. The camera refund will only be accepted in closed and unopened packaging. The customer needs to send back the items that he wants to return, and we will refund the amount paid for the item. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse.
